For sign-in or account help, objectionable content reports, or privacy concerns, email support@family.alafaleq.cloud. You do not need to sign in to contact us.

Describe the problem, the steps leading to it, and your app version if available. Never send verification codes, passwords, or banking information. Hide other people’s information in screenshots.

Family access

Family spaces require approved membership. Your family administrator can help with invitations and corrections to family-tree records.

Export or delete your account

In the app, open Settings → Account to export your account data or start account deletion. You may need to sign in again to verify your identity. Read the deletion notice and privacy policy for the shared family information that remains. If you cannot sign in, contact support.
